Difficulties STILL!
I'm still having issues with my computer. Now it's not even giving me the option of color or font. Whatever. Well, just tried to attach a picture and that's not working. Thinking that I need to replace this puter with the one upstairs. This one I'm working on is about 8 years old. I can't believe it's lasted this long! Anyway, hopefully I will return tomorrow night with a better blog than the last two.

Technical difficulties
The computer is not working. Just so you don't think I'm just not blogging again. My helpless desk guy is going to sleep, so my post will have to wait until tomorrow. Good night.
This message was sent from my husband's iPhone. :)

Marley
I was trying to figure out what I was going to title this post. I couldn't decide, so I'm worried that I'm losing my touch at being clever. I actually have some pictures to post this evening. Yeah!
For some reason, Rory and Logan begged to change into their bathing suits. They knew it was 30 degrees today. They knew it was a crazy request. I let them...but only after Marley went down for nap. I knew she would want to get into her suit too, and it was close to naptime...so they waited.
The minute I walked downstairs to put her down, they were changing. Logan has swim trunks and shirts to wear for his suits. He didn't want to wear the shirt because he wanted to be like daddy who "doesn't wear a shirt with his swim suit."
When Marley got up, they were still in their swimsuits. So...Marley wanted her swimsuit on. Her swimsuit that was too small when I got it for her this past summer...that left red lines on her shoulders because she was too tall for it. I told her she didn't have a swimsuit, and she promptly opened the bottom drawer of Rory and Logan's dresser and took out Logan's other swimsuit outfit. I told her I would try it on her, but it probably wouldn't fit.

Contrary to popular belief we do not style her hair. She's a good sleeper.
Isn't she too cute!?!? Kevin just keeps saying...."I can't believe those fit her." Do you want to know what I'm thinking? "Ca-ching! We don't have to buy her a new suit! She's fine wearing that!"

Happenings
In no way and I trying to make excuses; however, Rory has strep (again) and Marley is coming in with a temp of 101 on one side and 103 on the other. I'm going to try and make it to school and leave early to take her to the doc. I hope it's not strep. Hoping for a good night tonight too. Take care!

Moki Blog
I try not to blog without pictures, but I haven't taken any pictures lately. I'm not sure what's wrong with me. So I was sifting through old pictures and here's what I found. We'll call it...a Moki blog.
He puts himself in timeouts.
We got him last May and it took until December for him to sleep in his cat bed...well...ON his cat bed...upside down.
He can't even eat normally. He has to knock the food out of his bowl so he doesn't have to stand and eat. He's so lazy! Maybe that's why he fits right in?

Grateful
I can virtually see my father-in-law rolling his eyes at the subject of this blog. Anywho...I am grateful for...
-my family supports me in whatever I do
-my friends support me in whatever I do
-they both like bags :)
-an opportunity
-feeling like a grown-up again
-confidence
-guts, spunk, and moxie (name that movie)
-snow days
-a husband who does laundry while working from home
-hot chocolate and ginger cookies

Logan Bits
Logan was a funny chap today. We went to my parents for the day after church this morning. It's a little over an hour drive. Half way there, Logan tells Kevin that he's going to make him a superhero...Tree Man. Kevin let Logan know that he didn't want to be the Tree Man because he would be able to do anything to anyone...except maybe leaf them. Logan explained that he could throw rocks and other trees at bad people. Then he named himself Snake Man, Rory Cloud Girl, and Kaelyn Mud Girl. Marley ended up being Baby Taxi Girl, and I'm the Big Boss. I told Logan I was going to be the Big Boss because a car went by and had a sticker on it that said that. He agreed. Later I tried to ask if I could be Water Girl, but no one would let me.
Here's how it works. We battle bad people. Rory rains on Kevin to help him grow and rains on Kaelyn to change the consistency of her mud. Logan hypnotizes people like the Cobra snake does. Kevin throws rocks and other trees. Kaelyn can make quick sand and mud pies. Marley transports all of us on roads and bridges made by Kaelyn and Kevin. I don't do anything because they don't need me. :(
On the way home, Logan exclaimed, "I'm a good hearer but a bad listener." We thought that was ingenious! Looks like he's coming into his own.
